Happy Friday, everyone!

First, I've had a whole bunch of new people friend me over the last two weeks and I just wanted to say Hello! And welcome to my journal! I hope you'll enjoy yourselves and I look forward to getting to know you. :-)

Second, I wanted to talk about this last week when the episode aired but never got around to it - Chris Meloni and Lee Tergesen reunited on Law and Order: SVU.

OH. MY. GOD. Did you all see this?? The interrogation room scene?? Major, major kudos to Neal Baer for this completely obvious shout-out to all us OZ fans who have waited for this for seven long years. :-) I squealed SO LOUD during this scene that I scared both cats and my husband. I swear to god I thought they were going to kiss. :-)

I still don't have a date for the SVU episode, though! ARGH! But still, SQUEE!! I'm glad that Lee is all clean shaven and lookin' HOT.

Ok, now this is just BIZARRE. I was a HUGE fan of OZ (wrote a bit of fic and even made a songvid) and dearly love both Lee and Chris and have followed their careers since being on OZ.  Lee does guest spots a lot and a few weeks back he was on Criminal Minds. I said to my husband at the time that of all the people that have guest starred on SVU, why in the world hasn't Lee been one of them in all these years?

And then I read this five minutes ago:

'SVU' exclusive: 'Oz' lovers Meloni and Tergesen reunite!

It’s a reunion seven years in the making….

Lee Tergesen is reteaming with ex-Oz lover Chris Meloni in an upcoming episode of Law & Order: SVU, sources confirm to me exclusively.

Tergesen is playing a deranged religious zealot suspected of murder. An SVU insider says you can expect “lots of sweaty interrogation scenes between Meloni and Tergesen.” Just like old times!

This will mark the first time Meloni and Tergesen have worked together since Oz went off the air in 2003.

I am bouncing off the freakin' WALLS right now, people!! However, I wish that Lee would've been playing a GOOD guy, like a cop or something so that perhaps we'd see him again on the show. But with him being a homicidal maniac chances of that are low. :-)  Still, my boys are working together again and I'm ecstatic.

I gotta go pull out my OZ dvds....
