Next up in my archive of songvids is one I made for OZ - a show that I'm sure not many of you watched. And I don't blame you. It was set in prison and insanely violent. But I was a diehard Toby/Chris 'shipper. So this songvid shows nothing but the love they had for one another in the most horrible of environments. Give it a go, all my slash friends. :-)

The other day I was approached by the gals who run wincon. Turns out that 2015 is the convention's 10th anniversary and they're putting together a "fan favorite" songvid show. So they're contacting everyone who had previously submitted a vid asking their permission to include them in a poll they're running. I was honored to be asked! Only problem was, I'd never uploaded those vids anywhere so that they could be downloaded by anyone, which is what the Wincon folks needed to do.

So it gave me the impetus to finally break out ALL of my songvids, convert them to .mp4 and get them uploaded to YouTube for everyone to finally see, since I've never shared them before, only sold them on DVD at various conventions.

I haven't watched these in ages and you know what? I made some damn good videos! LOL! Using just VHS tapes, mind you, that I recorded to DVD, converted to .mp4, then spliced everything together on the computer. Good lord that was a lot of work!

I have six in total that I'll be posting here over the next few days. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them. :-)

So I realized last night that I completely forgot to share something awesome that happened to me at the SPN Chicago con - I was a winner in the music vid contest for the second year in a row! Squee!

My lovely friend lausbub0402 and I keep discovering more and more fandoms that we have in common, and since I made a songvid with Pros and Starsky & Hutch in it (along with Sentinel, Smallville and Due South) I said I'd post it. And here it is!

First, I wanted to say Hello to all the new folks who friended me over the past week, while I was gone on vacation. Welcome and nice to meet you! :-)
