Just call me Doctor…Casanova

Hey all, happy Friday!
Sorry I haven't been around for the last several days. Lots of stressful things going on at work that has just drained all of my energy. Thankfully it's over now so hopefully things can get back to normal.
Been watching Doctor Who at night to take my mind off things. I've seen the first three episodes with Ten and Donna, and I have to admit she's made a vast improvement since the Runaway Bride episode. I've seen Partners in Crime, The Fires of Pompeii and Planet of the Ood. The last two were actually really emotional! And yep, you guys were right - Donna doesn't take any of the Doctor's crap. :-) I'm finding it amusing that everyone they meet thinks they're married!
Oh, and was that Peter Capaldi in Pompeii? Isn't he the new Doctor??
Many thanks to
allydenise for telling me about David Tennant in Casanova! Took me ages to find download links but it was so worth it. Just look at him! LOL!

I've only seen the first of three parts but I'm absolutely loving it. Especially when he thinks he's fallen for a man and after first trying to dismiss it he ends up giving into his feelings and kissing him. HOT! Granted, it turned out the man was really a woman in disguise but he didn't know that.
In my search for the Casanova downloads I came across a Tumblr account all about David with a zillion download links to a bunch of stuff he's done. Sweet!
Have a great weekend, everyone!

Date: 2014-03-15 04:51 pm (UTC)You should have said you needed Casanova--I'm pretty sure I have it. Have you seen LA Without A Map? Blackpool? Recovery? I have those too.
Donna will grow on you like mold. I wasn't sure I liked her to start and by the time she left, I loved her. And Grandpa Wilf is the BEST!

I’ve seen more eps with Donna now and I really am liking her. I’m liking the eps in that season in general much more than with Rose and Martha. Everything is much more...emotional and less superficial.
