Maybe he's a workaholic? Or, he doesn't like 'fancy' food!*lol* Actually jdsampson says there is something spoilery on some as yet unreleased press photos, but I hope it's wrong. And it doesn't seem to fit with the fact that we know that JDM is in the ep. If you want to know, it's here.

Oh wow, you've really piqued my interest with that comment, and even included the link! But I'm actually showing some self-restraint and trying not to spoil the entire episode for myself *g* so I didn't click on it. But if you're hoping it's wrong...Hmmm....
