Gone, but never forgotten

It was one year ago today that we lost our beloved Chloe. It's still kind of hard to comprehend she's gone, even after all this time. We still feel her loss keenly and I've been holding back the tears today. But I try and console myself with the knowledge that she gave us 15 wonderful years and that she loved us as much as we loved her.

Thanks, sweetheart. And you’re absolutely right - she brought us so much joy and we gave it back to her in spades. :-)
