There are two distinct episodes in this two-hour fire-and-brimstone buffet event. For the appetizer, "Let It Bleed," Dean faces his worst nightmare when Lisa and Ben are unexpectedly abducted. In the main course finale, "The Man Who Knew Too Much," the war in Heaven comes to a head. Castiel faces off with Raphael and the walls holding back Sam's memories of Hell crumble. Someone (human? angel? demon?) will die and someone will be transformed. Prepare to gasp, possibly cry and write angry forum entries. Oh, and sorry, John Winchester won't show his face for the finale.

Lisa and Ben - CAN WE STOP BEATING THIS DEAD HORSE ALREADY?? I'm really, really tired of these characters (even though I like Ben) and we'll once again have to go through Dean-angst because he can't be with them. We've done this HOW many times? Can we hope that it's Lisa who dies?  But no, that would leave Ben alone and that would be kinda cruel.

My guess is that either it's either Crowley, Raphael or Balthazar who dies and Cas is transformed into a human. Which would be fine with me. People keep bitching about the angels, so fine, make Cas a human and he can be a hunter-in-training next season. I think that would rock.

What are your guesses as to who dies and who transforms?

I am betting Cas gets killed off, with Misha not returning it would be like she that shall not be named to kill him off. I am wondering about Sam's walls, if he is the one transformed maybe to a veggie? And we see Dean angts all season 7?? Just throwing stuff out there!

Though I adore Lisa and Ben, I want Dean to have that happy life, I thought they did a good job of ending that story line.
Who transforms? Cas, he becomes human and he and Dean live happily ever after.
Who dies? Rapheal, Crowley and Sherif Mills (she's the only female I think is still alive besides Lisa. Though Lisa dying and Dean adopting Ben would probably make a lot of fic writers happy.)

I thought we were DONE with Lisa and Ben. *sigh* They keep ending the story, and then bringing them back. It's so very annoying. Maybe it's Lisa who will be killed, and Ben who'll be transformed...and then both will stay far, far away from our screens.

...we can hope, right?

They've kind of done in any extra characters, haven't they? All we really have left are Sam and Dean, Castiel, Bobby, Balthazar, Crowley and (sort of) Raphael. Death and Tessa too, I guess. Is Meg really dead? Is there anyone else? Adam? I suppose Lucifer, Michael and Gabriel are all gone along with him, so they're all out of the question. That leaves a pretty small pool to work with. (I'd really like to see John, but it sounds like that is out of the question.)

I fear Castiel is going to be one of the two projections...dying or being transformed. COuld it be that Death dies, and Castiel takes his place? That could be rather interesting... Or I supposed Crowley could be transformed into an angel and Lisa could die.

Whatever happens, I hope they get rid of the spectre of Lisa and Ben hanging over Dean. I don't think they fit into his life if Sam is around, and they just drag him down.

I can't believe they're advertising the finale already!

I don't want to speculate too much because there's really many ways this could go and I just want to see where they take us. I don't want to hope it goes one way and then be disappointed when it goes another! I know how I want it to end up - I'll give them leeway (to a point) in how they get me there!

If I was placing bets in Vegas, I am going with Castiel dying, Sam being transformed (into an angel or demon) because of spoilers/rumors. Now I could be totally wrong and Castiel is transformed back into Jimmy to go back to his family and Crowley dies. Who knows at his point. :)

All I want to know is it May 13th yet? Lex Luthor returns!

If Castiel was killed, I'd stop watching this show until I couldn't resist. He's been dead for twice, give us something new plz! Anyway, if that did happen, I don't think they'd kill Cas for good.

Why does the show have to bring back Ben and Lisa? I love them but I'd rather know more about Adam, Lucifer, Gabriel and Chuck...

I was scrolling through my flist when I came across your entry and wanted to see what your theories were for the finale.
I'll throw my two bits in - totally left of field, with no supporting evidence whatsoever - but...I think the big reveal will have something to do with Lisa; she could be one of the 'higher ups' in heaven (above Castiel) who has been watching the Winchester boys all along.
Of course I hope I'm totally wrong, because that would make a sucky finale.
Hey writers - just bring back Papa Winchester, dammit!!

I like Lisa cause is one of the few characters that is a strong character and is not a villian.

I like the part on episode 6x14 when Dean says:-Well then ask for something!!!..and Lisa says:-I can't ask for something. I know what I want. But I can't have it, not how you live.

I would love that that relationship could have worked a little more.. like when Lisa told Dean on 6x02 that Dean could come back to her house when he could, but maybe that was not a healthy relationship, and maybe it wouldn't work in the series.... but at the same time is kind of sad for me, cause Lisa and Ben were there for Dean when he must needed it, when he was grieving for Sam....

Or maybe if Cass could erase Lisa and Ben memories (if they are not going to come back) but I don't want them dead.

Although honestly I didn't like how the writers wrote Ben on 6.14 like he was more angry at Dean, they didn't wrote Ben sad or like he missed Dean badly.... I liked more the Ben of season 3, so I'm more worried for Lisa.

In the part where it says someone will be transformed... Im thinking in Cass to be an archangel or he is going to be Jimmy Novak again, however I don't think we are going to see him next season, ( maybe in a special episode).

Reallllly?!!! Ben and Lisa?! I mean, what is the deal with showing those two people again? they must gone for good! Gosh, indeed this season was a entierley crap. First the souless sam, Dean couldn't get a family with Lisa and Ben, but definitely the boring way they were written is what make me sick. And then, castiel with the angel thing, and then the freaking mother. ( rolling my eyes) Well, one person dies. Could be castiel, catiel dies, and he becomes human. But you said that it would be great, but the show is suppouse to be of two brothes, then having another hunter is like.... it would be useless, wait, castiel can't become human forever, because his character the human part is terrible boring, so, what the people like is the way castiel is. so he can't be transformed. or he can be transformed but they will keep us the hiatus with how he will be again castiel? and someone who dies. mmmmm I don't know, could be Bobby? or maybe it could be crowly, you know... they love to show us bad things and then you realize that they lied with that. I don't think Lisa and Ben dies, I mean, could be that the nightmare is a matter of hallucination, becuase I can't find a good thing to bring them back, specially in the last episode. what for? it is something stupid.
