This was the first episode I'd watched since episode five, because I was so disgusted with what Sera had done to the show. I'd heard Sam was supposedly getting back to normal, so I gave Like a Virgin a shot. Thankfully I wasn't disappointed. I hope to be able to watch the rest of the season, but I have no faith that Sera will let Sam remain as his old self for more than an episode or two. :-(

On the advice of a friend I watched Appointment in Sammara and I thought all of the scenes with Dean, Death and/or Tess were fantastic. Jensen did a fantastic job.

Besides, I have literally lost track of the number of times fans have claimed, "The Boys are Back!" after a single episode, only to have it all fall apart again by the next episode or two. *eye-roll*
Plus, I'm not worried about what Sera is going to do with the character/actor she's in love with. Again, after skimming through her most recent "Dean, Who?" interviews and knowing her ambivalence toward "Dean" and Jensen's popularity, I'm far more worried if the studio will ever step in and force her to give Dean a purpose or story line, despite her contradictory feelings on the matter.
A Dean story - talk about something we've never seen before.

My problem is, she's so obsessed with Jared that all she wants is him naked and having meaningless sex as Sam, so he'll have to revert back to being soul-less so she can continue to live out her fantasies. Heck, we had a single episode where he's back to himself and conveniently there's already a flashback episode next week where he's banging some woman on a sink!

Oh, I doubt it. The only time the studio steps in is when they want females added to the cast. :-/

While I enjoyed last week's episode, I did get really pissed when it was SAM who was the "hero" and "slayed the dragon" when it should've been Dean. But no, Sam must always take the spotlight. :-(

Exactly. They have nothing to worry about with VD (will the vampire craze die already??) though Nikita has been up and down in the ratings. We beat them several times.

SPN really did horribly this week, if we were only able to beat Hellcats, 90210 and Gossip Girl. :-(
This epi is not bad, with the old Sam came back. But I too worried how long this will last. Anyway, I will just enjoy what I can have!

I'm not the only one who walked away when RoboSam lasted more than a couple of episodes. But even though that's (apparently) over, the damage has been done. I came back, but that's because I had folks like you to tell me. Other people not hooked up to the 'net would have no idea to come back and give it a try again. Sera is driving SPN into an early grave with her terrible decisions and false promises.

Thank you! I've missed everyone! I'm just hoping that I'll be able to stick around for the rest of the season and not have Sera drive me away again.

Dean stealing personal things from the victim to learn more about the case, Sam calling from the cell to don't know who and getting information while dean is driving. And, Dean asking questions to the victim while same just look him with a face of " are you idiot, why you ask that" awwww LOVE IIIIITTT!!!! everything was old! And getting from the middle of nowhere that woman that had the sword. Just, I didn't like that part when Dean is trying to get out the sword, he look so idiot. Like old times, they like to show Dean as an idiot. And, well Sam just feeling bad for everything. And Dean with " is he ever wake up?" AWWWWWWWWWWWW DEANNNN LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!! JESUS CHIRST! DAMN JENSEN why he acts so good that scenes!!!!

I thinl the mother of all the sins? could be? and we need another topic. could it be sam or the castiel's probelms in heaven already? Don't know, but whatever it is. Hope it be so great. because I just want to cry to see Jared acting what he has done before and do better hehehehehhe

All of this is why everyone fell in love with the show in the first place. Why Sera had to go and ruin it all for SO many episodes really makes me mad. We could've had this all season!

No, no! That was hysterical! That was my favorite part! It didn't make him look like an idiot. It would've been too cliche for him to have walked right up and pulled out the sword. I loved that they turned it around and made it funny, but not at Dean's expense. He ended up being smart by blowing up the rock instead. And even that was funny because you expected him to pull out the entire sword, not just part of it!
