Supernatural 100th episode spoilers

agt_spookyHere's a new spoiler about Supernatural's 100th episode, but it's from Ausiello, so who knows if Sera Gamble actually said this.

Ausiello: In the milestone episode, airing April 15,”a very important character will sacrifice themselves in a suicide mission,” reveals exec producer Sera Gamble. “We definitely kept in mind that this was [an important] episode. We wanted to deliver something with real scope; it’s about the Archangel Michael. Crises will come to a head for Dean and Castiel. And you’ll see characters you never thought you’d see again.
ETA: Ok, it looks like Bobby should be safe. Clif said they're currently filming episode 101, and Jim just sent a Twitter this morning that said he's on his way back up to Vancouver for some demon hunting. Whew! Looks like we can breathe a sigh of relief for Bobby!

A suicide mission?? Oh, that's just great. [facepalm] So it's gotta be either Bobby or Castiel, that's my guess. And I'm leaning toward Bobby, unfortunately. But it also doesn't mean that just because they undertake what seems to be a suicide mission that they'll actually die.
As for characters we never thought we'd see again, this could be in reference to last night's spoiler about Samantha Smith returning. It was my guess that she might be back for the 100th. But man, it would be even better if it were Jeffrey Dean Morgan, because that's definitely someone who we think we'll never see again!
What do you guys think about these new spoilers?

Of course, I'd love it even more if Mary and John returned TOGETHER. Sigh. That would be an important episode indeed. Would Mary tell them to continue the fight? Or give in to what everyone keeps telling them is their destiny. Would Mary and John disagree on this front? Would they know of a way to save their sons without having to say yes to Michael and Lucifer? Man, I really wish I was writing for this show sometimes lol. No matter how it goes, I'm sure we're going to love it. :)

If SPN could get Jeff AND Samantha back that would be epic. I think that both John and Mary would tell their sons not to give up. Especially John. He'd want them to go down fighting instead of pawns to the angels in the apocalypse.
You know, there is going to be an episode where Sam and Dean go to heaven. Maybe they'll meet Mary (and John?) there.

Not really. Look how many got killed off in On The Head of a Pin, and Anna just died in The Song Remains the Same. So if Cas goes up against another angel (like Lucifer or Michael) he could very well die. :-(

Something tells me Kripke's gonna go there, that Sam and Dean will have to do battle as Michael and Lucifer to stop the Apocalypse. How they'll get the angels out of their bodies will be interesting!
