Wow, Eric is bringing back just about everyone this year, isn't he? (Ok, when is it JDM's turn? *g*).

We all know that Ash is dead, so I'm wondering how he comes back. I thought he might be in the zombie episode, but I think they're filming that this month, not in January. Hmm...if it's not that, how do you think we'll be seeing Ash again? I know ep 5x16 was called Your Whole Life Flashes Before Your Eyes before being changed to Dark Side of the Moon. And that films in January. If Ash is in that one he could be in some sort of flashback scene.

Ash was never confirmed dead. All we saw was his watch. It was never confirmed that it was him that was burned up at the RoadHouse.

If memory serves, Eric confirmed in an interview that poor Ash was indeed dead. :-( Then again, he also said we'd never see angels on SPN, so it's entirely possible that Ash will be alive and well!

Yes, it certainly sounds like the ep 16 title could refer to Sam's powers, since we know he uses them again before the end of this season.

I know! It's been like a laundry list of past guest stars returning. When is it JDM's turn?? Maybe they're saving the best for last and he'll return in the last ep this season. [fingers crossed]

I have to be honest and say he originally annoyed me (mainly because I disliked the Roadhouse concept) but he kinda grew on me, and now that he's been gone so long, I do look forward to seeing him again. And his mullet. :-)

I don't know, I just liked his first appearance so much that from then on I was like "ASH IS THE MAN" :D I'm kind of a dork so yeah, I loved him the second those words left his mouth. Also, his whole "I learned all this at MIT!" bit really makes me wonder, what DO you learn there? XD

I must be a curmudgeon because I'm really thinking that 'what's dead should stay dead' -- it was really a 'careful what you wish for' thing having Ellen and Jo back and I'm sure it will be more of the same w/ Ash. Fans will need to brace themselves, I'm thinking.

(of course, EK could throw a curveball and have it all sunshine and roses . . . . )

Oh, I have no doubt that if somehow Ash really is still alive, he'll be dead by the end of the episode. That's Kripke's trademark! Do you like this character? Yes! Ok, then, add them to the 'kill list'. ;-)

that´s curious how he will be back. I thought the same. about the zombie episode, but if not...if it is as you said that a flash back, what is the importance in see him again? ash...Maybe she knew more about the yed? or maybe about lucifer. because he had not much relevance in this show.

Yeah, I'm not sure what the flashback could be about, since it's not like Ash had a backstory with the boys before they met him at the Roadhouse. I'm curious as to what Eric is planning, why they're bringing him back.
