I guess I'm out of the loop here, but even after reading the website, exactly what event, or whose birthday party was Jensen at on Sunday where this pic of him and Steve was taken?  The two of them look great. Especially Jensen. :-)

Oh hey, maybe! He's a singer, which would make sense how Steve and Chris (and therefore Jensen) might know him and be invited. The age thing threw me, though. It says he's 30 and the article is all how he's "of age" finally so I thought it was someone just turning 21 or something!

Michael Johns, Jason Castro and David Cook were American Idol contestants last season, and David was the winner.

Michael is indeed an Aussie and he is very sexy with a very sexy voice.

I don't know who the guy in the pic with Jensen, Steve and Danneel is, though :(

Beard? What beard? ;-) Honestly, I don't think much of Danneel one way or the other, simply because every pic I've ever seen of her with Jensen is like this one - rather impersonal. I mean, like with Jared and Sandy, they were always wrapped up in each other's arms, or she was sitting on his lap, etc. But with Jensen and Danneel, they're always just kinda...there with one another. Nothing ever remotely romantic. So I consider them friends, but don't think much of it beyond that. [shrug]

That's Steve Carlson. He and Jensen have been friends for many, many years and were roommates at one point. Steve's a singer (and a really good one!).

I think Steve (and Chris Kane, who was also there) kidnapped Jensen when they found out he was going to be in L.A. and left Jared to sleep off the hangover he probably had from hanging out with JDM after the Scream Awards. [snerk]
