Need LJ help

Hey, can anyone tell me how to add a counter to the end of one of my LJ entries, like one of my fanfic stories?

For the life of me I can't figure this out! Help!

You can get one on this website http://www.freeweblogger.com/

Click 'sign up'
Put in your email address (I have never received an email from them).
Put in the URL of the page you want the counter on.
Pick the counter style that you want.
Fill in the rest.
Click submit, and it will give you a code to copy into your LJ post.

i use ones from www.mixmap.com. you can set them to be visble or invisible and the stats they provide you let you see where people are coming from. i enjoy seeing that people from all over the place are reading my stuff. i have quite a few fans in finland, apparently, which is cool (sorry, unintened pun). they go by ip address so they don't double count folks who come back. they give you page views and visitor numbers.

Oh great, thanks for the info! I like the invisible thing and also where folks are and the fact that it doesn't double count. I think I may go with these guys. :-)
