And the goodies just keep on comin' tonight, folks! Now we've got a video interview with Jensen from BuddyTV, when they were on the set of Supernatural last week. SPOILERS AHEAD!
Loved this tongue in cheek answer:
Question: What's the most challenging aspect of playing Dean?
Jensen: Having to work with Jared Padalecki all the time. That's it. Everything else is a walk in the park. But having to work with Jared - it's terrible.
I LOVE THESE BOYS! ♥

Exclusive Video Interview: Jensen Ackles Discusses 'Supernatural' Season 4
As you all know, BuddyTV visited Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki and the rest of the gang on the set of Supernatural last week. The boys were in the middle of shooting episode 6, entitled “Yellow Fever,” but they were so gracious to take time out of their busy day to talk to us. Today, I bring you the first of our Supernatural video interviews, and who better to begin with than Jensen Ackles?
When we last we saw Dean Winchester, the Hell Hounds had finally caught up with him and dragged his bloody body all the way to Hell. This was probably the most shocking thing that I had ever seen in my entire life. I had a million different emotions going through me during that last scene: fear for what Dean will have to endure, the grief and helplessness that Sam must have been feeling, but also an exhilarating excitement to see where Eric Kripke and his big, brass balls will take this storyline, not to mention impatience for the next season to start already. (Is it September 18 yet??)
So when I caught up with Jensen, the first thing I had to ask him was about Hell. Where do you go from there? How does one top Hell? What does this mean for Sam and Dean's brotherly relationship?
I suspect that there are huge things about to happen in next week's season premiere that are going to blow our minds. Jensen kindly didn't spoil us about what specifically is going to happen, but he did say that he's pretty sure season 4 is going to be the best season of Supernatural yet. I certainly hope so.
Please enjoy the video below. For a better viewing experience, change the YouTube settings to "high quality."
It's interesting thinking about how actors feel about being such big objects of admiration and how they view their fans. I just want to point out how cool it is that Jensen gave a shoutout to his fans. He clearly has an appreciation for everyone who watches Supernatural, and maybe this is why he is able to keep his performances fresh even after three and a half years.
This is just the first of many video interviews that we'll be posting here in the coming days and weeks. I promise that there is really good stuff to follow, so keep checking back!
