Supernatural season four speculation question

Hey guys!

Wow, thank you all so much for your fantastic answers to my John, Dean and the Impala question yesterday. I loved hearing all of your reasons, and they were wide and varied, which is great! I love a show that can spark discussion on even the smallest details. :-)

While I'm busy answering all of your comments, how about another question, this time on season four?

Sera Gamble recently gave a spoilery interview to Digital Spy where she talked about an upcoming episode she's writing. (I've got the relevant bit behind the cut)



...the "familiar faces" are going to be?

What's your episode about?
"It's very hard to talk about, but I will say there are very, very angry, malevolent ghosts in my episode. There are also familiar faces that I think fans will be happy to see again. When I was figuring out how the story was going to run, and which guest stars might be fun to bring back, I kept my fingers crossed. I knew it would be hard to get them because they are very talented and hard-working actors who are busy, so we're lucky."

I am really, really curious as to who she's referring to. There have been so many guest stars over the past three years it could be anyone.

I've got two people who popped to the top of my head when I read this, who I would DEARLY love to see again - Missouri Mosely and Ellen.

I know some people didn't care for Missouri, but I really liked her a lot, and since this episode has to do with ghosts, and she's a psychic, I think it might be a good fit. I've got my fingers crossed. *g*

And Ellen, well she just rocks, period, and it's been way too long since we've seen her, too.

But besides them, I'm not sure who else it could be. JDM would be fabulous, but I don't think it'll be him. I'd love to see Sarah from Provenance back, oh and maybe Linda Blair again!

Hmm...here's a thought - what if the familiar faces are the GHOSTS?

My fear is that it's going to be those stupid ghostchasers, ghostfacers...whatever they were called.

Personally, it sounds to me like whoever she's talking about would be alive, so I'm thinking Sarah, Missouri or the trickster.

If it's ghostly intervention though, I'm hoping for John and Mary or Pastor Jim. If it's malevolent ghosts, I want to see Meg again!
