Getting beat by Reaper is NOT good. :-( I'm very glad that SPN was given an early pick up, because with the way the ratings have been lately, I'd be really, really worried about getting another season.

Date: 2008-05-06 01:08 am (UTC)You know, I still haven't been able to find the final numbers over at the Programming Insider. But I'm honestly worried to see them, because I fear what you say will happen. :-(
I'm afraid that SPN might not recover from the strike
I honestly think it should've never come back and just started up again with season four, since we already got the early pick up. CW sabotaged us with putting Reaper in our spot for all those weeks and with zero promotion, as always, we're really suffering. [sigh]

Date: 2008-05-02 05:15 pm (UTC)While the promo for 3.14 was better than the one for 3.13, it still isn't enough to get non-SPN diehards interested.

Me? I'm pissed off that they killed off one of the gay demons
They had a gay demon??

P.S - love the icon! So appropriate. :-)

Date: 2008-05-06 04:35 am (UTC)Except Gossip Girl was picked up right?
They had a gay demon??
They had a gay demon couple, and I LOVED them. Vinnie from Veronica Mars and Phil from Ed.
If it hadn't come back, we all would have gone into withdrawal, but it may have worked out better in the long run.

I had to use it ;)

Date: 2008-05-07 01:34 am (UTC)Oh god, did it really get an early pick up as well? Barf.
They had a gay demon couple, and I LOVED them.
Ah yes, so we must kill one of them off because I'm sure someone called and complained about gay demons. [shakes head] Give me a break.

Oh yeah, it would've made for a reeeeally long summer, but I would've gotten through it somehow, knowing the show wouldn't have gotten lost in the shuffle after the strike.

Date: 2008-05-03 01:20 pm (UTC)Supernatural went up against CSI, Grey's Anatomy and The Office. Impossible odds. I'm just glad Supernatural did better than last week. That was brutal.

Date: 2008-05-06 01:12 am (UTC)[sigh] As always. Our poor show. :-(

Man, that was a killer. I honestly think it should've never come back after the strike and just started up again with season four, since we already got the early pick up.
