Well it looks like you guys had fun with the Season 1 "monster of the week" poll. :-)

And I've got to say I'm honestly surprised at the results, with the Shapeshifter taking the win. (And your votes had nothing to do with a half naked Dean, eh? [snicker]) I thought for sure the YED would run away with it! He ended up coming in third, with Meg in second place.

I almost voted for the Shapeshifter myself, but Meg ended up with my vote in the end. I just think she was such a strong, well-written female character who happened to be a kick-ass demon, too. I miss her!

But the Shapeshifter was an awesome choice, too, as I loved Skin, and listening to Not!Dean tell Sam what Dean was keeping locked inside his head was really eye-opening. Not to mention the totally awesome fight scene between Sam and Not!Dean. :-)

So how 'bout we tackle the monsters of the week from season two today?

Step up and tell me your favorite!

Ooh Tessa! Cause she's not even evil, she's just a reaper, doing her job just like Dean is doing his. And she said Dean was cute which means she's really really smart too :) khm :)

I ended up going with the YED myself, because even though BUABS was my favorite episode of season two, the YED really was the ultimate bad guy, wasn't he? :-) Who got exactly what was comin' to him, too!

Another poll, yay!
I have to go with the yellow-eyed demon on this one. I wasn't sure about him at first but as we saw him more and more I found him really likeable.
Fred Lehen did a great job and (don't tell Dean & Sam this) but I was sorry to see him go.

Yeah he was bad and good at it. And I liked his sense of humour.

For this one I won't go for who scared me most, but who I have the softest spot for, and that's Father Gregory.

He was suddenly killed, he heard Father Reynolds pray for deliverance from the violence and bloodshed, he heard God tell him to smite the wicked, and so he did. And those he chose to do the smiting, did find a peace they'd never known before. And those who were smited were wicked. How was he to see that what he was doing was wrong? How different is it really from what Sam and Dean do?

And in the end the guy he had sent Sam after was killed by being stabbed through the heart, but Father Gregory was already gone, so was it God? And if it was God, then wasn't Father Gregory doing God's will all along?

Sweetie, you're so funny. You went and did it again - told me your great reasons for who you want to vote for...then forget to vote. :-)

How was he to see that what he was doing was wrong? How different is it really from what Sam and Dean do?

And that's what I liked most about House of the Holy - that moral dilemma there.
