The lovely [livejournal.com profile] sylvia_bond tagged me to do the 20 Questions Too Many Meme several days ago and I've finally answered them. They were pretty thought provoking! Everything from life and death to fandom.

I'm supposed to tag eight other people, but I'll just leave it up to you guys, if you'd like to play, too. :-)

Here's my favorite question:

8. You (as you are now, not a fictionalised you) are a FC in an episode of SPN. What's your role?

I’d love to be the damsel in distress that Dean must save from the monster of the week. And then I’d get to show him my gratitude alone in the motel room. Heh, heh.

1. You've just died. What happens?

I’m reincarnated into a cat or a drummer in a rock band or a forensic scientist or an actress.

2. What is your most guilty pleasure?

Sitting in my pj's reading my comic books.

3. Favorite childhood cartoon?

Scooby-Doo!

4. What goes on your hotdog?

Ketchup and ketchup only! With a chocolate shake on the side. Yum!

5. What was the last movie you saw, for pleasure, and would you recommend it?

I saw “Jumper”. It was okay, but it wasn’t really about anything. Just a lot of running around.

6. On balance, are you happy with your life as it is, would you change it a little or change it a lot?

I would change it a lot, actually. I’d go back to high school where I made my decision between art and science and choose science instead and would’ve pursued my dream of working in forensics for the FBI.

7. What's the one possession you USED TO have, but don't anymore and wish you did? What happened to it?

I somehow lost a sweater that I loved, that I was wearing the first time I met Richard Burgi and Garett Maggart from The Sentinel. I always remembered that moment when I wore the sweater and it just somehow…disappeared.

8. You (as you are now, not a fictionalised you) are a FC in an episode of SPN. What's your role?

I’d love to be the damsel in distress that Dean must save from the monster of the week and then I’d get to show him my gratitude alone in the motel room. Heh, heh.

9. Name one person for whom you'd definitely take a bullet, and one for whom you definitely wouldn't.

My husband, definitely. But I don’t hate anyone that much to say who I wouldn’t.

10. Worst case scenario?

I lose my job and since my husband isn’t working we’d be in deep shit.

11. What do you consider your greatest accomplishment?

Going to college. No one in my family ever went.

12. What's your greatest frustration?

Stupid people at work that I have to deal with on a daily basis.

13. For you only, not as a broad political statement: life imprisonment or death sentence?

Death sentence.

14. Jury duty. Ever done it? What was it like? Wanna do it? Thoughts at all?

I was summoned once, but never called to serve. Just sat there all day. I really, really want to end up on a jury trial, though, because I love the judicial process and want to see it up close.

15. You discover you've been drafted into military service (to a country to which you hold a citizenship). What do you do?

I’d be torn between doing my duty and running up to Canada.

16. Which fictional character could you most see yourself marrying?

Holy cow, that’s a hard one. I think I’d have to say Joe Hardy from the Hardy Boys. If he were like, you know, my age and not 17. :-) I know that sounds like a strange choice, but the Hardy Boys are the most read literary characters for me, since I was a kid. I’ve got well over 100 books. I mean, I wanted to BE Joe Hardy – be a teenage detective. It’s because of those books that I got my interest in science and forensics. So yeah, I’d marry Joe Hardy in an instant and be his partner in our detective agency. *g*

17. Describe the flag design of your personal utopia.

Something with mountains and a blue sky. And maybe a rainbow. :-)

18. Do you have a motto? If yes which one?

"You have to grow older, but you never have to grow up."

19. What's in your pocket right now? Conversely, if you have no pocket, what are the three items closest to your right hand, excluding computer hardware?

Right now in my pocket I have some vitamins and my flashdrive.

20. What place most speaks to you?

Vancouver. I just fell in love with that city the first time I was there and have been back many times since. It’s so beautiful and the people there are so friendly. I could see myself living there in a heartbeat.

the Hardy Boys
I loved those books! And the Nancy Drew ones. My mom would buy the Nancy ones for me and the Hardy ones for my brother. Then I'd sneak into my brother's room to "borrow" them, LOL!

18. Do you have a motto? If yes which one?

"You have to grow older, but you never have to grow up."

I second that!!

My grandmother was determined to have me read Nancy Drew but I wanted nothing to do with them! LOL! I was all about Frank and Joe. :-)

I second that!!

Totally! I mean, c'mon, what fun is growing up? ;-)

4. What goes on your hotdog?

Ketchup and ketchup only! With a chocolate shake on the side. Yum!

AMEN, SISTER!!!

And I loved Joe Hardy, totally! (Sorry Frank) I don't know how many books I have but they're the blue hardbacks and I had to beg and beg for every one! And I never had any desire to read Nancy Drew either.

I might tackle this Meme too, I can see why it would take a while!

AMEN, SISTER!!!

Whoo-hoo! I always get the stupidest looks when I just put ketchup on it and not get a traditional "Chicago dog" with all that crap on it. Yuck!

And I loved Joe Hardy, totally! (Sorry Frank)

LOL! Totally! I was just all about the blonde-haired, blue-eyed boy. [sigh]

but they're the blue hardbacks

Yes! The blue ones were out when I was a kid, too and the originals like that are hard to find now.

And I never had any desire to read Nancy Drew either.

She was like, a total wuss to me. The Hardy Boys had waaay more action in their books!

I might tackle this Meme too, I can see why it would take a while!

Go for it! I'd like to see your answers, too. :-)
