and The CW’s Supernatural (Viewers: #5, 3.32 million; A18-49: #5, 1.4/ 3). Although Trading Spouses was, of course, a much bigger draw, retention out of Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader of just 53 percent in viewers and 62 percent among adults 18-49 lands it in the loser’s circle. Supernatural’s retention out of Smallville was considerably stronger at 85 percent in viewers and 93 percent among adults 18-49.

Half hour breakdown:

9:00 p.m. V: 3.53 million, A18-49: 1.4/ 4
9:30 p.m. V: 3.16 million, A18-49: 1.3/ 3

For comparison:

Smallville: 3.93 million
Top Model: 3.82 million
Gilmore Girls: 3.74 million
Pussycat Dolls: 3.49 million
Everybody Hates Chris: 3.01 million
The Game: 2.51 million
Girlfriends: 2.40 million
All of Us: 2.40 million

And again, Veronica Mars and One Tree Hill were not on.

Supernatural’s retention out of Smallville was considerably stronger at 85 percent in viewers and 93 percent among adults 18-49.

This is the most amazing part - that our little show can retain more than 85% of the audience of SV, given that CSI and GA are up against it, is outstanding. It's a real shame that the CW couldn't have rewarded this show, and its fans, by giving it an early renewal order like it did for some other shows. Oh, well. We will get it on May 17, but still . . .

It's a real slap in the face when the shows that have gotten the early renewal are BELOW Supernatural in ratings, too. And you bet we'll get the good news on May 17th, but we deserve it now.

Oh gosh, Deborah, his smile is so sweet and his laugh is so infectious that you can't help but smile and laugh when he does. Awww!

Man, I loved Accidentally in Love! It was so neat how she used clips that looked like they were mirroring each others actions. Too cute!
