Well the fall TV season is upon us and I was curious as to what new shows all of you were watching. Here are the new ones I'm checking out. Some don't start until October or November:

Blindspot
The Player
Heroes Reborn
Wicked City
American Horror Story: Hotel
Agent X
Quantico

So far out of all the shows above I've only seen the first episode of Blindspot, which I really enjoyed. I love a show with an intriguing mystery at it's center. And I love me some Sullivan Stapleton (from Strike Back).  I have the first eps of The Player (with my other Strike Back boy, Philip Winchester) and Heroes Reborn on my DVR for watching tonight.

From the new shows I'm only going to watch Supergirl and Lucifer (which is mid-season anyway). Depending on the reactions, I might give Quantico a shot. I'm watching far too many shows anyway. For the two shows I dropped, I added four returning ones *shakes head*

I was excited about Supergirl until they cast the actress. Really, really didn’t like her on Glee. Didn’t think she could act her way out of a paper bag. So I’m going to pass. :-(

Lucifer! Yes! I’d forgotten about that one. Will check that out.

I recorded Quantico last night and will be watching it hopefully tonight. I hope it’s good. I like the premise of it.

Ha! That’s the same reason I’m going to be watching American Horror Story! I hope they don’t kill off Matt in the first two episodes. :-(

I really want to see this season of American Horror Story simply because Matt Bomer is in it and I loved him on White Collar. I hope they don’t kill him off right away!

I don't watch much TV and it takes a lot to get my attention. Having said that, the remote was on the other side of the room when Limitless came on, and I'm horribly lazy, so... The trailers for this show didn't appeal to me, at all, but I really enjoyed it. Like, a lot.

I also recently discovered Longmire, and wondering why it took me so long to get on that train!

Now, if TWD would just start, my TV viewing would be set.

You’re the third person to mention Limitless to me! I didn’t watch because I’d never seen the movie and thought I’d be lost. But now I’m thinking I should track down the pilot on line and give it a shot.

I know TWD is such a massively popular show but I just can’t do zombies. I catch a snippet of it when I watch Humans on A&E because TWD is on ahead of it and that’s enough for me! LOL!

AHS absolutely! Have DVRd Limitless, Blindspot, Heroes Reborn, but not seen them because hockey started this week, and it's also football season. Those take priority! lol

I also recorded The Muppets!! and Scream Queens. I watched the premiere of Rosewood, but although I like the lead actor, the show was derivative. I will probably give it another shot.

Between sports (Pirates are in the post season again!) and HGTV, my DVR is going to be full!

Really want to see Matt Bomer in AHS, so I’m very much looking forward to this season. Did you watch Blindspot or Heroes yet? I watched Heroes last night. I’m kind of on the fence. Besides the teenage boy I’m not really connecting with any of these new characters. I miss the old ones! I smiled so big when I saw the previews with the original characters. But it’s only been two eps, so I’ll give it another few tries.

Oh gosh, how was The Muppets? I’m so afraid that they’re going to destroy my childhood memories of the original show I couldn’t watch!

I loved Blindspot. I really like the actress and the actor. Great story so far. I make it sound like we've seen four already. LOL

I loved Limitless, also. Did you watch that one? It was sure different and I enjoyed it very much.

I haven't watched Heroes yet, so I'm looking forward to that one. :) Those first two shows will be canceled early since I loved them. LOL

Glad you liked Blindspot, too! I just love shows with a mystery at its core, that makes you think. Yes, I think Sullivan and Jaime have good chemistry, too.

Try and catch Limitless on demand. It's worth a look. I never saw the movie either. And I do hope both shows do well. Heroes was a huge disappointment. I was so looking forward to it and I was bored out of my mind. I'm hoping next week will be better, otherwise, I'm walking.

I know what you mean about Heroes. I was so excited to see Renee and they killed him off 10 minutes later! WTH?? But seeing him and HRG and then Hiro and Suresh in the previews really made me miss the original show. I can already tell this new one isn’t going to measure up. :-(
