ASK ME ANYTHING - Day One - tracys_dream gave me the topic of Travis Aaron Wade.

Ah, Cole. I really feel sorry for him. His whole life was dedicated to killing Dean to avenge his father's death. Then it was all taken away from him. It would be like Dean and Sam and the Yellow Eyed demon. Dean gets ready to pull the trigger and the YED's like, "Wait it wasn't me, I was possessed!" or something along those lines. Imagine how that would feel.

I'm glad that Dean sent Cole back home to his family, but I doubt we've seen the last of him. Now that his eyes have been opened to the monsters around him. I get the feeling that Cole is the character they're going to base the next spin-off idea around.

Now that's a spin-off that could be interesting! Are they doing one this season? I didn't HATE the last one, but it bothered me that it went against the show's own lore.

Yes, they're planning on trying a spin off again. It just came to me while I was writing the post about Cole. It's an already established character, we know his motivation, his backstory. It would be an easy transition.

I have all the seasons of Supernatural, but have never seen the show. My hubster and daughter love it to death. But, I'm always late to the party. So, maybe I should check this show out, eh?

Seasons 1-4 are good, but for me it started to go off the rails in season 5 and has still never gotten back on track. But man, it the show started with a bang! Definitely give the earlier seasons a shot.

Does anyone else think that Cole looks kinda like Christian Campbell? Not twins or anything, but maybe sort of like brothers or cousins? Every time I see him, I say "wait! Isn't that...? Oh, no, I guess not."
