I was disappointed to read that Sam's plot line will parallel drug addiction again. I'm not sure why, since I really liked that in season four, and the direction it took is season five. Dean being put on trial is going to give me such flashbacks to when Captain Picard was put on trial by the Q in Star Trek: Next Gen. I fully anticipate enjoying that episode, perhaps for the wrong reasons...
It looks like a good season. It'll be nice to see how the boys adapt without their usual tricks and fall backs.
