Get this blasted thing off me!

Well, I've made it through the 24 hours with this blasted heart monitor stuck to my chest and hanging around my neck. Sleeping with this thing on was SUCH a joy. :-/

I'm off to the hospital to get this thing taken off of me finally, then they'll send the test results to my doctor in 72 hours, and then we'll go from there.

I was a bad girl and surfed my flist for a bit this afternoon, but I was a good girl and stayed away from the porn. And the half-naked firemen on my ebook cover. :-)

Now I need to get home so I can watch the two new parts of Forbidden Love now that I can let my heartbeat accelerate while watching Christian and Olli. ;-)

I wanted to tell me this AFTER you were done. Three years ago I wore a Holter for 30 days. I was being evaulated for a pacemaker (I didn't need one). I wore it so long I named it "Sparky" and I lost three patchs of skin where the leads were attached. It took a year and a half for the skin to grow back. My hubby and I remember Sparky fondly *sigh*

God I hate those things. I had one on me a few weeks ago, but for some reason, it didn't work so I have to get it done again on Thirsday *grumps* This will not be fun as I have to work on Thursday. Should be interesting to see how my BP takes it hen I run up and down several flights of stars all day lol.
