IMAX was incredible!! It was the first movie I've seen in that format.
Oh wow, what a great movie to choose for your first time!
I will be highly, highly upset if they do not have a gag reel. Having interacted with Karl Urban before, I can say he'll mostly likely be hysterical, LOL!
OMG, I swear Karl was the biggest surprise to me in the film. I didn't expect him to be so sarcastic and funny as Bones! He rocked!
I think I was born watching the original show. My mom and I would spend all day in front of the TV during the ST marathons even though we'd seen them all many times before

I liked the first 5 or seasons of Next Gen but TOS will always be my favorite
As for the other ST incarnations the only one I ever watched was Enterprise (I loved Scott Bakula!) and I'm probably the only one, but I loved it. :-) And when in the movie Scotty talks about Admiral Archer's pet beagle I nearly died!!
As far as the movies... well this one is the first I've liked since ST IV: The Voyage Home.
I loved that one! Like you, Voyage and Khan are pretty much the only two that I really, really enjoyed. (and I totally still cry over Spock *G*)
