I think Dean will go to Hell. But I would like it if the Trickster was on the boys side and generated another Dean for the hell hounds to go after, or maybe he can change the whole course of things. If Dean does go to Hell then I think Sam should kill Ruby because she did once promise she would tell Sam how to save Dean. Or maybe Ruby could die anyway. We could trade her for Dean?
