Darn... this was definitely a hard one. I voted first, THEN read the comments lol. I voted for WIAWSNB but then, while reading comments, I was reminded of how much I loved Croatoan... and BUABS... and FPB... and IMTOD... and the emotion in AHBL still tears at me. Such a hard hard decision. But, I'll gamely stick by my choice. WIAWSNB just tore a little piece of my heart out. Dean seeing what they could have had, realizing that in having all that he could have lost the close relationship with Sam, Sam nearly losing Dean to the Djinn's fantasy. It just really stuck with me as an emotional roller-coaster of an ep. And the acting was terrific. Yeah, that's my weak spot in Season two, I think.
