For a change in the news feed, tell us about your SENIOR year of high school! The longer ago it was, the more fun the answers will be!!
The year was: 1990
1. Did you know your spouse? Nope, we didn’t meet until I was in college
2. Did you car pool to school? No. I took the bus.
3. What kind of car did you have? Well technically it was my dad’s Buick Skylark.
4. What kind of car do you have now? Ford Mustang convertible
5. It's Friday night...where were you? Usually at our “socials” held at the park district.
6. What kind of job did you have in high school? Working retail at Toys R Us.
7. What kind of job do you have now? Graphic designer
8. Were you a party animal? That’s a big no! LOL!
9. Were you a cheerleader? Good lord, no
10. Were you considered a jock? No, but I loved playing softball
11. Were you in band, orchestra, or choir? Yes, I sang in the choir all four years of high school
12. Were you a nerd? Now this I can answer YES
13. Did you get suspended or expelled? Yes, I was suspended once for punching a boy in the face who had been bullying me for years. My dad was proud. :-)
14. Can you sing the fight song? I don’t think we had one.
15. Who was/were your favorite high school teacher? Mr. Schwartz. He was the best art teacher I ever had
16. Where did you sit for lunch? Usually with my boyfriend.
17. What was your school's full name? Glenbard West
18. What was your school mascot? Didn’t have one
19. If you could go back and do it again, would you? NO WAY IN HELL
20. Did you have fun at Prom? I did, actually. It was a great night
21. Do you still talk to the person you went to Prom with? No, we lost touch many years ago.
22. Are you planning on going to your next reunion? Nope. Have never gone to one and never plan to
23. Are you still in contact with people from school? Yes, with the few people I was true friends with
24. What are/were your school's colors? Green, white and yellow
