15 years ago today, I said "I do"

Fifteen years ago today, on a sweltering June afternoon, I said "I do" to my husband, John.

It's unbelieveable to me that so much time has passed. One minute I'm 22 years old, living with my parents and engaged and the next I'm 37 with two cats and living in my first real home with John. :-)

I'll be honest and admit that we've had our ups and downs over the years. No marriage is perfect. But there's no one I'd rather have by my side than John and I can't imagine living without him. We've had some amazing times together and I'm looking forward to more in the next fifteen years. :-)

And yep, that pretty much sums it up. :-)

Thump-thump, Thump-thump

Well, I procrastinated for an entire week, so I finally called the hospital today to schedule the heart monitor. My appointment is for this coming Monday, after I get off of work.

Oh, joy. Can't wait. :-(

I've been told by several of you that I need to stay away from any Sam/Dean, Jensen/Jared or Christian/Olli fanfic stories that day in case it causes a spike in my heart rate and then I'd have to explain to the doctor that I was reading porn. ;-)
