Author’s Notes: We had an extremely bad thunderstorm here the other night and I was suddenly struck with a scene in my head of Sam and Dean in the car in a storm just like it. Many thanks to my beta, sn_24lover. Sorry I killed you with the hotness! ;-)

Summary: Alone together in the Impala in middle of nowhere during a storm, Sam and Dean finally give in to what’s been building between them for years.


( Truth be told, Dean had been struggling with this feeling inside him as well, ever since it started radiating off of Sam in waves. This unspoken, forbidden thing – need and want and desire. )

Another Monday.

Where did the weekend go??

My weekend was pretty low-key. The hubby was gone from Friday night till Sunday afternoon, pet sitting for friends of ours. So I had the house to myself. Which was kind of strange, since it was the first time since we moved in that I spent the night there by myself.

Had big plans to go shopping on Saturday, only to wake up to a nasty thunderstorm. The rain lasted till late afternoon, and by then my desire to go out had faded. Instead I spent a few hours watching the new Star Trek movie, a lot of hours watching Poltergeist: The Legacy (I'm planning an SPN crossover story), and editing my new e-book for Dark Roast Press.

Sunday was beautiful, so I got my butt out and did all of my shopping, then went home and did all of the laundry and dishes before the hubby got home. We went to Ruby Tuesday for dinner and had great food, but terrible service (she never brought us our appetizer and could barely get drink refills from her). Ended the night by watching an episode of Man from UNCLE that was on our local syndicated channel.

This morning I posted Wincest fic. I felt the need to sex up Sam and Dean in the Impala. :-)

Also this morning I finally went and registered for winchestmidwest. Thanks for answering my poll on Friday, guys, it definitely made me want to go, knowing who else was going to be there. :-) I also signed up for the Ghost Tour.

Oh! I nearly forgot! I gained a bunch of new LJ friends over the weekend and I just wanted to say Hello to all of you. Welcome to my journal! Drop me a comment if you'd like to introduce yourself. :-)

Because somebody who insists on doing his own goddam stunts cut his forehead to the goddam BONE in a fight scene, to the tune of a severed muscle, bone bruise and 17 stitches. Back at work the next day, but damn, we've got to start putting padding around the set.

To be honest, it doesn't look all that bad. Because, of course, he decided to take the damn stitches out early. Himself.
