Who knows how to do a rotating LJ header?

So I got creative again last night and this morning and made myself two more new LJ headers. I mentioned it to alli_everyday (who was happy that I included Jared in both of the new ones *g*) and she said that it would be neat if I could do the rotating header thing.

Only problem is, I know next to nothing about CSS and have no idea on how to code that.

Is there anyone here on my flist that could help me out with a step-by-step instruction? Pretty please? :-)

Well, this confirms it, right from Jared's mouth, on what Sam and Ruby's relationship is.

ETA: Oh, well this is interesting - they've now gone back and CHANGED the article to say that Jared's opinion is now "unconfirmed" and completely changed how the last paragraph is worded. You can compare it to the original I copy and pasted under the cut. Now WHY didn't they say this was just Jared's opinion on the subject to begin with?? That REALLY irritates me.
