Hello from winchestmidwest!

Hi guys!

Just a short post to say me and charityflint are having a really nice time at winchestmidwest so far.

The hotel is great, a Holiday Inn Holidome and our room faces inside the dome, which is cool. Charity made the reservations, and somehow she's a Priority member so we got a gift bag when we checked in and also got this room in the "tower" and the hotel manager called us to welcome us and ask if we needed anything. :-)

We got here yesterday afternoon and immediately hung up our SPN banner I brought with on our wall and then the SPN poster in the window, so everyone in the dome can see Sam and Dean. ;-)

We went swimming after that and the pool was freezing! So we opted for the hot tub instead, after a few laps in the pool. Much better choice!

Registration was after dinner and we got our folders and our neat name badges and started to mingle with the other folks here. We seem to be a loud, happy bunch, so this promises to be a good weekend. :-)

There was a cake at the meet-and-greet, with a photo of the boys on it, along with the things that were the stickers on Sam's laptop in first season. It looked really cool and I took a picture of it.

The con committee gals played a teaser for us of the con exclusive episode of Plastic!Winchester theater, which I can't wait to see. Then they showed various songvids and some interviews with Jensen and Jared and then Hollywood Babylon.

And then it was time for bed! Now here we are, getting ready for breakfast and a full day of con activities.
