agt_spooky: (A Few Good Men)
There's another write up about A Few Good Men in the Star Telegram (http://www.star-telegram.com/408/story/124549.html) this morning, this time an interview with Lou Diamond Phillips, but he mentions Jensen:

"We liked each other from the get-go," Phillips says of Ackles, who grew up in Richardson and will play the role made famous by Tom Cruise. "So I was able to get in his face and yell at him. In rehearsal today, I threatened to kill him. ... No big deal. And he was like, 'That was great, thank you.'

"The hardest thing to do is to play antagonism and anger and aggressiveness with someone you don't trust," Phillips continues. "As an actor you gotta know that the other guy's not gonna take a swing at you. There's a huge amount of trust in playing love scenes, but also in having this passionate a relationship."

Hey all,

First I want to apologize for being so incredibly far behind in answering back comments once again. Life's been super busy lately and I had every intention of sitting down this weekend to get caught up, but I swear to god, I blinked and the weekend was gone. [sigh]

Lord knows if I'm going to have the time before leaving for Dallas at the end of the week (Jensen! Squee!!) so I at least want to thank all of you who left a comment about my post about Reaper. I appreciate all of your insights and opinions! I hope I can answer you back each individually.

Been working on my Sweet Charity fic, but becoming incredibly frustrated, as it seems that everyone and their brother just recently has written the exact same type of story that I'm writing, and it's depressing me, making it difficult to keep going, you know? [sigh]

Speaking of fic, with LJ now saying that it won't be targeting fandom journals and fanfic, I've unlocked all of my stories. If I'd only waited one more day... :-)

Saturday is a gigantic blur for me, filled with working around the house, but Sunday was nice, having spent a lovely afternoon with [livejournal.com profile] anakin415 and [livejournal.com profile] charityflint, having brunch together near where Charity lives. I'm glad I got to go over there, as I hadn't had the opportunity to see the cicadas yet. I've moved from where I was 17 years ago, to a newer neighborhood, so we don't have them where I live now. But Charity's neighborhood is quite old, so they were out in full force. Man, the racket those ugly things make! LOL!

Oh, can you believe this? Chicago is pre-empting the rerun of SPN this Thursday, moving it to Saturday at 5pm, of all times. Ah well, at least I get to watch it two days in a row this way. :-)

Ratings for week 2 of the reruns to be posted around 11am this morning.

Well, that's about all from me for right now. Happy Monday to you all and I hope you had a great weekend!
