I laughed my butt off at this, even though I was initially annoyed at his comments on Jensen and Jared's acting ability and the lameness of the plots. But at the end of the article, where people have left comments, he does say that it was written in good fun and good humor.

Is it a good idea to bring slash fic into your yearly review at work?

Three weeks ago it was my six year annivesary at the company I work for. So it was time for my annual review. I have never, ever gotten my review on time. My boss only has THREE employees under him, yet he is unable to complete any of our reviews on time. Over the last six years mine have been anywhere from a few weeks to SIX months late. It's totally ridiculous. You have to constantly go up to him and ask where your review is.

This year was no exception. It's been three weeks and still nothing, even after speaking to my boss twice about it. He just apologizes and says he'll get to it as soon as he can. Now this is my raise he's holding up and it pisses me off.

So yesterday morning at the office the work crew came by who has been tinting all the windows in the building and told me they'd be by around 2pm to tint my window and I'd have to to and sit somewhere else for about 20-25 minutes. No problem. The two guys who sit in the cubicle behind me are out of town, so I can go sit over there.

To pass the time, I had printed out some fanfic to read. Not just any fic, but slash. And not just slash, but Wincest. :-)

The work crew comes by and I vacate my desk and go sit in the other cubicle. I start reading the fic and just as Sam and Dean start to go at it I hear someone call my name.

It's my boss. He wants to do my review now. He's holding the papers in his hand.

Shit. This man has the worst timing. Ever.

Since I'm not sitting at my own desk, and can't even get near it, I can't just stuff the fanfic in my desk and go with him. So yes, I have to carry the smut with me into the conference room for my review. :-)

I turned the story over and rested my hand on it and tried not to smirk during the review. See, my boss is a VERY religious man. I wonder what he'd say if he knew that I was thinking more about naked Sam and Dean under my fingertips than my review. Heh.

Well, after seeing her hysterical Sentinel cover, I knew I had to create my own. And why yes, it is Supernatural - shock!  And Wincest at that! LOL!
