Ok, first off - Jensen dressed all in black (again!) was smokin' hot! And his answers and facial expressions? Too freaking cute for words! Oh, that man is just adorable when he's embarrased. :-)

Why oh WHY can't they interview him for more than 5 minutes?? Argh! But at least it was way better than the Megan Mullaley interview AND we didn't have to hear the story about Bugs or Dead in the Water for the hundreth time. *g*

I loved all the fangirl squealing and clapping and I so wish I could've been there, you lucky people!

I had to laugh at the Hardy Boy references and oh lord, his mother surfs the internet sites?? [contemplates hiding the RPS fic]

The "true/false" questions were funny, especially the shoplifting one, with the expression on Jensen's face. Hee!

And what's with the evasive, non-answer about the girlfriend, eh, Jensen? Don't worry, you don't need to say anything, we already know about you and Jared. ;-)

All in all, I liked the interview and I'm just really glad that the boys are being asked to go on shows like this, 'cause SPN needs all the press it can get!

As soon as he said his mother kept track of his internet sites, I laughed. Then I pictured dinner conversations when he goes home. Yikes! :)

I think Jimmy Kimmel's been to more than a few of the sites himself. When he asked the question about what the fans call themselves? I think he was waiting for something tangible on that one... :)

I just wish he was on one of the morning shows too. Vancouver to LA (is that where Kimmel is taped?) on a Thursday night seems like a long way to go for a five minute appearance.

Yeah, a morning show would be good, since Jimmy doesn't air till midnight here. Not exactly a time when lots of people are watching TV, on a weeknight. And I think I heard Jensen say something like he wouldn't be back in Vancouver for a few days. Sounds like they may have a long weekend or something in LA.

Jensen does like to work the suits for appearances, doesn't he? I'm not complaining in the slightest. I think it's probably part habit and part wanting to not be Dean for a while. Which makes sense.

I think he was probably evasive in that it appears that his last two (at least two) relationships didn't end well (I'm basing this on public record and interviews and such) and he's a reserved guy. He likes to keep his private life private (as much as he can, being an actor, which is why we probably keep getting the same stories over and over). Which I can respect. He might have a new girlfriend and want to keep it new. He might not have a girlfriend and just want to establish a baseline. It's got to be frustrating, because he knows he's going to be asked these kind of questions, but publicity is part of the gig and a necessary evil.

I was thinking of a morning show in addition to the JK show. You know, like David Letterman's guests usually appear on Regis & Kelly the next day, or Jay Leno's are usually on Today. ABC doesn't seem to have that kind of double-booking thing going.

And I think I heard Jensen say something like he wouldn't be back in Vancouver for a few days. Sounds like they may have a long weekend or something in LA.

I missed that, but good for him! I wonder if he's doing anything else then. Maybe something for 10-inch Hero?

The whole thing with parents/siblings/family members surfing the net is the one thing why I don't read/write/rec RPS. I just feel so uncomfortable with that. I just can imagine MY mother finding something like that about me... I would die of embarassment. And not just I but my mother too.

I liked the interview, but I was really surprised that Jimmy Kimmel didn't bring up Tricia Helfer guest starring tonight. I figured that was what Jensen was supposed to be pimping.

His should've been the first interview, dammit!

Jensen did really well, he was so adorable!

And totally NOT to detract from that, but I can see where he really does seem a little more comfortable with Jared as a buffer in interviews. Maybe it was just the embarrassing questions Kimmell was asking though.

Though I LOVED see more of him, it looked really uncomforatble to just be standing there while Kimmell introduced Evanescence. I know I would have been.

Yep, yep, I agree. And really, isn't he there to talk about the SHOW and not who he's sleeping with? There are a million questions you could ask any actor that doesn't involve their love life.

But I think it's cute he's keeping his relationship with Jared quiet. ;-)
