Dean gets a taste of a normal life. While all is not rosy - in this warped reality, Sam's in school and the brothers do not get along - Dean is speechless when he's able to see his mother alive and well, and living in his childhood home. Struggling to find out what happened, Dean turns to Carmen, a nurse he apparently lives with and loves, and who knows this new Dean better than he knows himself. Determined, Dean vows to earn his estranged family's trust. But while relaxing on his couch, Dean spots a woman with her throat cut, who looks very familiar...
