Ok, pretty soon we're gonna have the entire script released! LOL!
All right, today we've got the script pages for a character called Kaylor, who is the guard who, it ends up being knew John and somehow gets in contact with Sam and Dean to investigate whatever's going on in the prison.
The pages start off with Dean getting into a fight and putting the smackdown on another inmate. Whoo-hoo! I love seeing Dean beating up on someone instead of someone beating up on him!
Dean gets thrown into solitary but the pages for that scene end there and it moves on to another scene, where we find out that Kaylor goes by an alias "Deacon", and that he knew John. Sam and Dean tell him that it's not some guy named Moody that seems to be doing the killing, but the spirit of a nurse instead. Dean says they need to stay until they can get more information and Sam gets mad, says they need to go NOW, otherwise they'll be leaving for Milwaukee in shackles with Henriksen as company.
Kaylor gets their attention, says Mara left something for them. Turns out it's the information they'd been waiting for. (Dean has a funny line here when Kaylor hands him the envelope. He looks at Sam and says "Would you look at that? I am friggin' velvety smooth." LOL!
The information tells Sam and Dean where the nurse's body is buried - what they'd been trying to find out. So now it's Ok for the boys to get the hell out of prison, with Kaylor's help. Kaylor removes a vent in the room that they're in, then thanks the boys, telling them that John raised them right.
Then Sam and Dean are in an alley behind the jail, free men, and the Impala is waiting for them. :-) Dean says "good to see you, baby" to it. :-) They change out of their jumpsuits and Dean says he wishes he could see Henriksen's face, and Sam replies he'd be happy if they never saw him again. An alarm sounds inside the prison and they jump into the Impala and tear off into the night.

So that pretty much answers how the boys get out of there, but not the "to be continued' that's supposed to be tagged on at the end. I thought we'd be left waiting to see if the boys were going to escape or not.
