1. The charges against Dean include mail fraud, credit card fraud, grave desecration, armed robbery, kidnapping and first degree murder. Reidy and Henriksen are seeking the death penalty for Dean and a life sentence for Sam.
2. This episode ends with 'to be continued'.
3. When the police show up (Sam is the first to notice they're not alone) and the brothers are blinded by very bright lights and ordered to get on their knees and all that, they're... amused and rather sheepish. Not even Sam is angsty at that moment. (If anything, he's annoyed with Dean)

Wow - you know, I hope Henriksen outlines the evidence for all of those charges. Like the mail and credit card fraud. How DO you catch someone doing that, when they don't even have a permenant address and always use an alias?
And "to be continued"?? I wonder if it's gonna end where the sides for Mara end - with the boys playing b-ball and waiting to see if she and their contact are going to help them escape. That'd be a cool way to end it, actually.
