Need help - problem recording Lucifer Rising

Did anyone else have a problem recording Lucifer Rising?

It recorded okay to my DVR, but when I went to put it on DVD last night I got a "Copyright Protected, Cannot Record" error.

I am SO pissed. I've got the entire season recorded to DVD, and I get to the last episode and now it won't record?? ARGH!! And I can't figure out why I'm getting that message, either. I thought maybe it was because of the music, but every other episode with music recorded just fine.

So I'm appealing to you, my dear f-list. Does anyone have Lucifer Rising that they could record to DVD for me? My DVD players won't play .avi files, so I need a copy directly from the TV. I would gladly pay for the materials and postage.

Can anyone help me? Please? :-)

From what I found during the research I did, it sounds like Microsoft changed something because so many ppl had figured out how to get around the current DRM system

Oh man, this SUCKS.

Here's hoping folks figure out a new way to get around the "improved" DRM system before too long.

Man, I hope so, because if I can't ever record anything off the TV to keep I'm going to be seriously pissed off.
