So I was watching a couple of Supernatural eps last night and I got to thinking about all the monsters/ghosts/creatures the boys have encountered over the years and was wondering what everyone's favorite was.

Let's start with season one, shall we?

I had to pick the shapeshifter because it's truly creepy to me that this thing can become anyone you know. (And this was the ep that broke my SPN cherry, of course.) AND that Jensen's marvelous acting made me a little sorry for the 'shifter. AND 'In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida,', which, hands down, is for me the king of wtf rock songs ever written!

But I almost picked the Benders. I kept thinking about it while I watched "Countrycide" from Torchwood, which is almost my absolute favorite; God bless those Brits, because it is such a balls-out, scary, bloody story, like one of SPN's best.

Great choice, though. The 'shifter really was a cool bad guy. And we all have a fondness for our very first SPN ep. *g*

Ooh, Torchwood. I couldn't help but think of the Benders when I watched Countrycide, too. It's always the people that do more horrible things than monsters!

I chose the Shapeshifter, because ever since I saw "Westworld" when I was little, it has always freaked me out to think that the people around me might not really be people!!!!

Also, his little speech to Rebecca, about just wanting someone to love him, broke my heart.

I was sooo close to voting for the Shapeshifter but went with Meg in the end. But your choice is winning! And I thought for sure the YED would come out on top.

And Westworld? I've only seen it once 'cause it creeped me out!

She is my favourite because she was funny and downright scary and had some good lines.
I think Niki Aycox gave it her all.

This was another tough one! I mean the whole Bloody Mary thing creeped and still creeps me out to the point I can't go into a dark bathroom, LOL! The Shapeshifter, Scarecrow, and Meg were all great too. But ultimately, I went with old Yellow Eyes... Demon!John and all :-)

I absolutely LOVED Meg and the Y.E.D but I voted for the Y.E.D cause he's just too badass for words. \o/
