I chose sam/dean because I prefer toppy!sam.
When I was into Final Fantasy fanfiction they would normally put the person who is topping first then the character who bottoms last, if they switch then they would put s/d, d/s so people reading the fics know in advance.
Kinda stuck to the habit...
