Need computer help

Hey, does anyone know of a program that can take the audio off of a .mov file? I've got a Steve Carlson concert that I recorded at Creation Con that I love to watch, but I want to get the audio part off of it so I can burn it onto a CD to listen to in my car.

It would be great if the program worked on a Mac (where the video currently is) but I can work with a Windows program if need be.

Thanks!!

If you haven't found it yet, here's the link for Audacity:

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

I've had reasonably good luck using it, mostly for editing sound files. It's got a bit of a higher learning curve than QT, but is still manageable.
