Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Rachael Ray
I had a chance to watch my tape of Rachael Ray with Jeffrey Dean on there after I got home from work last night, and I'll I've got to say is: that man is. So. Damn. Cute.
He somehow manages to be all "aww, shucks" humble with that damn sexy voice and drop dead gorgeous at the same time. :-)
And he's so funny! He was all falling off the chair and telling how these drunk women nearly picked him up and stuffed him in a cab with them. Ha! You've got good taste, ladies!
Then Rachael said about Grey's Anatomy that everyone on that show is having sex. And poor Jeff, he's like, "Yeah, everyone got some action but me! And I was lying flat on my back the entire time!"
I liked that he thinks a spin-off with himself and Kyle Chandler (the dead bomb guy) would be a good idea, with the both of them wandering around the hospital as ghosts. Hee!
But why, oh why, did none of the audience members ask him about Supernatural?? Argh!
Seeing Jeff made me miss Papa Winchester all over again. So if you're reading this, Eric, bring him back before the end of the season!!
And don't forget, Jeff is hosting the Grey's Anatomy "clip show" that's on tonight. He's supposed to actually be on screen, not just a voice over, so I'm going to tune in to see him.

But yes, mercy me o my! He was just all kinds of tasty and Rachel, who is bubbly anyway, actually got all giggly and fluttery a couple of times. I mean, if that much charisma was coming through the television, actually being in the room with it must have been blinding.

Ah, geez, I hadn't even thought that it might have been edited! *also shakes fist at producer*

I liked the two girls who asked questions - they looked kinda shellshocked (especially the first one) that they were talking to Jeff and he was talking back to them! I know I would've been. :-)

That's the only good thing about SPN not being on, I can tape the clip show...

Whoo-hoo! You betcha! I've liked Kyle since Early Edition.
I can tape the clip show...
I'm really glad that they're repeating it tomorrow night, as I wasn't able to watch it this evening afterall.

Barb, CW issued a press release regarding May sweeps, and you should be thrilled! But first they had a blurb about ep 20, and I certainly would feel better if at least the network could get the actors' names right:
May 3
SUPERNATURAL (9:00-10:00 p.m.)
Dean (Jared Padalecki) sees how life could have turned out if the Demon had never killed his mother and the Winchester men hadn't turned into hunters in an episode titled "What Is and What Should Never Be."
Now for the 2-part finale, the blurb is the same for each, and I don't think you will mind being spoiled for this:
Thursday, May 10
SUPERNATURAL - Season Finale, Part 1 of 2 (9:00-10:00 p.m.)
and
Thursday, May 17
SUPERNATURAL - Season Finale (Part 2 of 2) (9:00-10:00 p.m.)
Jeffrey Dean Morgan ("Grey's Anatomy") guest stars in the two-part season finale in an episode titled "All Hell Breaks Loose, Part II."

in an episode titled "What Is and What Should Never Be."
Oh wow, that's the full title?? The script pages don't say "Never Be". Wow, that now makes it sound even more interesting! And I hear that the title is a Led Zepplin song. :-) Geez, I really can't wait for this one. And I'm still hoping that JDM will be in this, if Mary and Jess are, you know?

Oh YEAH, baby!! He's back and in BOTH parts! This is so freaking cool! Damn, if they go marching into Hell to save John I'll just...explode or something. :-) But I'll really explode if they march into Hell to save him and can't or something. That'll just break my heart.
Still, fantastic news that it's official that he'll be in the finale! And I go back to what Eric said before the season even started - that JDM would be in four episodes. So far it's only been IMTOD, but if he's also in What Is and both finale parts, that'd be the promised four episodes. I'm holding you to it, Eric! :-)
