My landlord has still not returned our phone calls so he’s getting a letter mailed to him today which will require his signature so that we know he received it. He’s always been a jerk but this is unbelievable.

I’m really hoping we’ll be happy in our new place. We did get very lucky in how quickly we found it. We had looked for months as well before we moved into the house we’re in now.
