I'm ready, too! And yeah, since we know Misha is a series regular, I don't think Cas will be "dead" for long. And he and Dean out on the town sounds fantastic. :-)

I agree that the boys can't ignore all that went on between them last season. That would be completely unrealistic. It'll be a long road for them, for sure, but knowing they'll be working on their relationship makes me happy.
