What type of movie would you most like to see Jared do?

Oh my god, people, I am SOOOOO bored.

It's only 10:30 am and I feel like I've been at the office for eight hours already, that's how slowly time is moving. [sigh]

I need something to amuse me - so how 'bout a poll?

During Jared's BuddyTV interview yesterday, he talked about doing other genre's of film besides horror.

I personally think Jared's answer was pretty funny because Western is Jensen's default answer every time someone asks him what kind of movie he'd like to do. They are true Texans, aren't they?

Anyway, I voted historical because I think Jared, with his longish hair, has the perfect type/look for one Jane Austen's type movies. I can clearly see him on Pride and Prejudice :)

Well, if it were Jensen I'd love to see him in action/adventure. Tom Cruise needs to get locked in a box deep in a warehouse somewhere so Jensen can take over the next Mission Impossible, or, you know, next Minority Report type flick. ;)

For Jared, for me being an intellectual rather than a shallow kind of person, I'd rather Jared not show his glistening hard body bare chest in some unrated, bordering on pornographic romance flick, or slowly peel off his breeches strip for some erotic historical movie with some voluptuous beauty wench ripping his shirt off and forcing him to give up his rod of desire virtue for a wild roll in the hay profane night of hot and heavy sex love. And I adore you chasten you for the very inclusion of such a wild, wet, and raunchy heinous suggestion. I don't even miss a single episode of subject myself to The Tudors on God bless us, every one, for its existence that Showtime channel.

I voted for a western, since I think that doing ranch work means he's probably a decent rider, and I'd love to see him on horseback. Actually, since seemingly both he and Jensen are apparently riders, it would be wonderful to see them in a western together ... even if it's a modern western!

Western, cuz men riding horseback? Guh. Plus, I'd love to see him really get a chance to hook into his Texan rhythm and run with it.
I'd also love to see him try historical, but I'd want to make sure he spends some time learning historical manners first. I just have horrible visions of Keanu Reeves in Dracula looking like a frat boy in lace. *shudder*

Jared said he'd like to do a Western, and Westerns make me think of Brokeback Mountain, so, yeah, WESTERN!

Although, I know, they weren't gay cowboys, they were gay shepherds, still . . .

Although I'd like to see him in a historical project too, just to see him speaking differently, moving differently. The straight, tall, waqlk they all have, that precise speech. That would be great.

Actually, give him a henna rinse and he'd be a great Thomas Jefferson. He was supposedly quite tall, and he had a southern accent (not Texan, but they usually don't get too specific), and reportedly he was rather randy about the plantation . . .
