Dean can come help me through a migraine anytime he wants...would like it if he hurries up though...he can bring Sam! I really liked your description of a migraine...could tell that the friendly little headache fairy visits you too. Normally I liken them to Freddy Kruger trying to claw his way outta my head, but and ice pick to the eye is too true as well. Never really thought about it until I read this that my neck does get tight when I get one...had the beginnings of one this afternoon.
