OMG. I don't know the movie, so I don't know which parts are taken from it and which parts aren't, but the beginning already had me in tears and then, when Jared tells Jensen about the heart surgery and it's so clear that he must have gotten Riley's heart, I was soooo waiting for Jensen to find out and be cool with it. To take it the way he does in the end. Awww. So cute.
