Spin cycle, please!

So my hubby goes to do some laundry just a little bit ago and opens up the door to the laundry room. He realizes he's forgotten something and walks out for a minute. When he goes back in, this is what he finds:

Yep, our darling Chloe slipped in while the door was open and found a new place to take a nap. :-)

Cats. Gotta love 'em!

Your Chloe is gorgeous! We once found Seel (on the left) tucked away in the back of the dishwasher. They find the strangest places!

She looks a little pissed that her new hiding place was discovered so quickly. *snickers*

Good thing hubby looked before throwing in laundry and/or detergent!

Very cute.

God, let this be a warning -- ALWAYS check before you close the door and turn on the washer or dryer. A few months ago, a friend on LJ stepped out of the room for a minute, came back, slammed the dryer door and started it, then headed out for a day with her family. She came back to find that her cat had apparently slipped into the dryer during those moments when she was out of the room, and was absolutely devastated to realize how her beloved pet had died. She said her vet told her that quite a few cat deaths happen that way.

Also, I think we may have discussed this before, but my family has a cat named Chloe! Very good name. ^_^

Cats are sooo two-faced. Either they get up a tree (how? why?) and then they sit there looking down at you, like, "WELL? When are you coming to get me?" Or, they get in places like this, and they look at you like, "Excuse me? I'm having private time here."
