TGIF - kinda

Things that make me happy today:

• It's FRIDAY!

• It's payday

• My boss is not here today

• I'm currently at 14,000 words on my abouttwoboys fic, with one more page left on my outline to go

• I made a very pretty banner to go along with the above fic

• I have a VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT to make - on Monday *g*


Things that do NOT make me happy today:

• It's been snowing like a bitch since yesterday afternoon and we have nearly 10" on the ground now

• I can't afford to take any time off, so I'm at work in the raging snow storm

• I have a raging headache on top of it all [sigh]

The snow was awful on Friday then it snowed again last night! Argh! We've got about 15" piled up now, because it can't get warm enough to melt what was already on the ground!

I live in Chicago...why?
