Book meme
So
alli_everyday (my favorite pain in the ass) tagged me to do this book meme thing, and since I've got a spare minute (and a book in my briefcase) I'll endulge her. :-)
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the next three sentences in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't dig for your favorite book, the cool book, or the intellectual one: pick the CLOSEST.
6. Tag five other people to do the same.

So, most of those who live inside Terminal City are now considered Seattle citizens, American citizens, as equal as any other. Of course that still doesn't sit well with some of our fine city's less understanding occupants. So, most of those who live inside Terminal City remain within the confines of this offbeat, gated community seldom venturing out for more than work.

This was from the Dark Angel tie-in book, Skin Game, which I just got last Friday and have only had the chance to read the first several pages. Looking forward to reading about Alec, which is why I got the book in the first place!
